Once upon a crime, the Black Queen rose to power.
Being the only magical being left on the island, she made everyone forget about the past.

Without the power of foresight, the Black Queen was blind to what was to come.
On the night of the birthday ball — a ball held in honor of the four princesses, three of whom were adopted but all shared the same birthday — the Queen fell, and a mystery arose:

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (e.g. PDF files, ZIP archives with audio files and gameplay materials) via the website of:

These Terms apply worldwide, regardless of the buyer's location.
2. Product Description
All products offered are digital content only, delivered via immediate download after purchase.
Each product may include:
– Game instructions
– Character booklets
– Audio files
– Solution documents
– Printable game materials (PDF/MP3/ZIP formats)
No physical items are shipped.
3. Ordering and Contract Formation
By clicking the order or buy button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product.
A contract is formed once the download becomes available or payment confirmation is received.
Delivery is digital only, via download link or email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices. Depending on your country, additional sales tax (VAT or GST) may apply.
Payment is made via the payment methods provided during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal).
Access to the digital product is granted after full payment is received.
5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
By law, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download begins or access is provided, if the customer has expressly agreed to this before completing the purchase.
EU/Germany compliance notice (§356 para. 5 BGB):
By purchasing, you agree that the contract is fulfilled immediately and you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.
6. License and Usage Rights
With the purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Copying, redistributing, reselling, uploading, sharing, public use, or commercial exploitation of the content is strictly prohibited.
The product may only be used by the purchasing individual or household.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The content is carefully created. However, the seller is not liable for:
Completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content
Technical problems caused by the buyer’s devices, software, or internet connection
Emotional impact or distress due to the game’s mature themes
In case of download or file errors, a replacement download will be provided.

Emotional distress

Toxic relationships

9. Technical Requirements
The customer is responsible for ensuring access to:
A PDF viewer (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader)
A device capable of playing MP3 files
An unzipping tool for ZIP files
Internet access (to download and stream audio)
10. Geographic Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the products are available for purchase worldwide.
Access may be restricted in certain regions due to legal or technical limitations.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
For buyers residing in New Zealand, New Zealand law applies exclusively.
For buyers in the EU or Germany, the law of the customer’s country of residence applies, including consumer protection laws.
For business clients, the place of jurisdiction is Auckland, New Zealand.
